節分の巻き寿司 Makizushi in Setsubun |
夕食は鍋にしたものの、やはり気になって急遽、私の分一本だけ巻いてみることにしました。
夕方遅くになって寿司海苔を買いに行ったら2店とも売り切れ、全形の焼き海苔を見つけて買ってきました。
中身は卵焼き、人参、シイタケ、水菜 です。 美味しかった!
Today is the day before the beginning of spring. It's called "Setsubun"
We have a custom to eat Makizushi today,so when I went out during
the day I saw people making a queue to buy Makizushi in front of
a convenience store. But I didn't join a queue for it.
Because I had already decided to make Nabe for dinner . But I got to
want to eat Sushi.
I decided to make Makizushi for myself suddenly.
I put baked egg, boiled carrot, shiitake mushroom,green vegetables into
it.
How delicious it was !!
When I visit England I make makizushi for a party.
It always receives a favorable review.
